Ron Walker

Joined June 1994. Previously, he was a FF/EMT with the Bethlehem & Mozart VFD's. He started out in 1988 as a Jr. Firefighter with the Mount Olivet VFD. Member of the WV Fire Marshal's Assoc.

Training includes Pro-Board Haz-Mat Tech, RIT, Pro-Board Fire Officer I, Pro-Board Fire Instructor I, Resa Public Service Training Instructor,NFPA Certified Fire Inspector 1, First Aid/CPR Instructor, Aggressive Search Tactics, Swift Water Awareness, Rope Rescue Awareness, Rope Rescue Operations,Rope Rescue Tech.,Confined Space Awareness & Operations, Arson I & II,  WMD Incident Management/Unified Command, Meth Lab Awareness, Building Codes & Designs, and all required Fire Officer classes.He is also APCO certifed as a dispatcher  Served as FF/EMT 94-98, Captain 99-11/01, Asst. Chief from 11/01-present.Received the Cameron VFD "Firefighter of the Year" award for 2002 & 2006.
