10/28 Landing Zone

Chief 801, Asst. Chief 802, Capt. 805, FF 830. Engine 81 and Rescue 82 responded for Fork Ridge EMS to set a landing zone for an injury at Cameron mine portal. MEDCOM canceled flight due to weather conditions.

10/31 Public Service - Cameron Elementary

Lt. 808 responded to Cameron Elementary School for a public service.

11/1 Landing Zone - Dragon Field

Asst. Chief 801, Capt. 805, FF 830. Engine 81 and Rescue 82 responded to Dragon Field to set an LZ for Fork Ridge EMS.

11/2 Signal 4 - Green Valley Rd.

Chief 801, Asst. Chief 802, Capt. 805, FF's 820 and 828. Engine 81 and Rescue 82 responded to Green Valley Rd. for a vehicle into a house. Upon arrival, crews discovered a vehilce had struck a tree and came to rest against the house. There was also a 2nd vehicle involved that was GOA and also an ATV.

11/2 EMS Assist - Cameron Ridge

Asst. Chief 802 and FF 830. Rescue 82 responded to Cameron Ridge for an EMS assist w/ Cameron EMS

11/3 Vehicle Fire - Burley Hill

Chief 801, Asst. Chiefs 802 and 803, Lt. 808 and FF 833. Engines 81 and 83, and Tanker 84 responded to Burley Hill for a truck on fire. Upon arrival the vehicle was heavily involved.

11/9 Signal 4 - Clouston/Woods Rd.

Chief 801, Asst. Chief 802, Capt. 805, FF 843. Rescue 82 responded to a vehicle over the hill on its side on Clouston-Woods Rd.

11/17 Signal 4 - Rt. 250 North Highland Cemetary

Chief 801, Asst. Chief 802, Capt. 805, FF's 826 and 845. Rescues 80 and 82 responded to a 1 car signal 4 on Rt. 250 in the area of Highland Cemetary.

11/17 Signal 4 - Junction Rt. 250 and 891.

Chief 801, Asst. Chief 802, Capt. 805, FF 843. Rescues 80 and 82 responded from previous signal 4 to report of another vehicle in the ditch in the area of Rt. 250 and 891.

11/17 Signal 4 - Rt. 891.

Chief 801, Asst. Chief 802, Capt. 805, and FF 843. Rescues 80 and 82 were dispatched from 250/891 accident to go 1/2 mile out 891 for another 1 car signal 4.

11/18 EMS Assist - Virginia Ave.

Firefighter 830 responded to 16 Virginia Ave. for an EMS assist with Fork Ridge EMS.

11/22 Service Call - Highland Ave.

Chief 801, Lt. 808 and FF 834 responded to the report that a female had left her residence and left something cooking on the stove. Units checked the residence and found everything OK.

11/25 MVA - Fork Ridge Rd.

Rescue 82. Asst. Chief 802, Capt. 805, Lt. 808, FF's 820, 821 and 826 responded to Fork Ridge for a reported vehicle roll over.

11/28 Structure Fire - West Main Street

Engine 81 and Tanker 84. Chief 801, Capt 805, Lt. 808, FF's 816,820,821,822,823,824,826 responded to a structure fire on West Main Street. Damage was minimal.

11/28 Landing Zone - Dragon Stadium

Engine 81 and Rescue 82. Chief 801, Asst Chief 802, Capt 805, Lt. 808, FF's 820,823,830 responded to set up a landing zone for Cameron EMS. Pt. was airlifted to UPMC by AirEvac 78.
